Discernment, Anger, & Rage

Online Workshop: Discernment, Anger, and Rage

Anger reconnects us to our power. It shows us where our boundaries are, and where others' boundaries begin. It gives us the drive to create the change we want to see in a world that thrives on injustices.
When held in a safe and supportive container, the impact of anger can be transformative.

In this workshop, we will move from suppression to expression through an embodied exploration of anger.

We will:

  • Share my personal journey with anger

  • Explore anger as a protective mechanism

  • Uncover the consequences of repressed anger

  • Highlight the somatic imprint of both expressed and suppressed anger

  • Explore themes of boundaries, empowerment (not power over), and discernment

  • Address the inner critic and its tendency to project blame onto others

  • Learn somatic tools to harness the energy of our inner centre

I will guide a group emotional release session, followed by a Q&A.
You will also receive a workbook that includes all of the key themes covered.

This image of me has been on my phone for nearly two years. I didn’t feel comfortable sharing it before, as it captured such a vulnerable moment.

It’s raw. It’s true. It’s free.

Don’t be fooled by the explosiveness of that release, although foundational to my journey with anger! My most powerful moment wasn’t caught on camera. It was still. It was centred. That’s what we’ll explore in this workshop.

Date: June 29th
Time: 7:15 to 9:15 PM
A replay will be available for those who can’t attend live.

In this workshop, we will delve into the making of our subconscious mind. From understanding our reality, to how beliefs form, we will explore ways to dismantle our unconscious beliefs to recreate a reality that is more aligned with what you truly desire. This is a space for honest reflections about your own healing journey and embodied insights, ending the session with a group emotional release practice to explore our resistance.
