I’m a practitioner in the field of alternative therapies with a doctorate in the psychology of behaviour change.

I work with people worldwide to release deep-seated emotional blocks so they can shift from survival mode into freedom, empowerment, and self-trust.

Through the modalities I work with (Neo Emotional Release™, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Embodied Psychosomatics & others), you learn to cultivate a new relationship with your emotions, transform the outdated beliefs you operate from, and reconnect with your true essence beneath the noise.

What sets my approach apart from others? 

  • A trauma-informed has become such a buzz word. But what is it really?

    A trauma-informed approach recognises that our nervous systems carry the imprint of past experiences, and that these imprints shape how we respond to stress, connection, threat, and safety in the present moment.

    To me, trauma response is not only about the practitioner understanding how the body reacts to stress, trauma, and safety, and navigating these responses with care and sensitivity. It is also about helping clients develop their interoceptive skills, their ability to sense and interpret what is happening inside their own body.

    This means supporting people to notice the subtle signals of their nervous system: tightening, warmth, breath changes, agitation, collapse, expansion.

    Trauma-informed practices becomes less about “fixing symptoms” and more about re-educating the nervous system.

    Why is this important?

    Because the nervous system can only regulate what it feels.

    If the brain cannot accurately read what is happening inside the body, it cannot properly decide whether you are safe, stressed, hungry, tired, threatened, or calm. That is why people feel anxious, depressed, stuck, etc….

  • Conventional therapies are great. They serve their purpose, but they keep you anchored in the mind, looping in the ‘story’.

    Somatic approaches focuses on the body’s innate wisdom. The body serves as a repository for lived emotions and experiences, often holding onto energies that need release or realignment.

    But here’s the truth… We cannot isolate the mind from the body!

    That is what I do: I work with the mind, the body, and the mind-body connection.

  • I combine bottom-up approaches, focusing on the body, nervous system, and automatic behavioural patterns, with top-down methods to reshape conscious beliefs, thought processes, and intentional behaviours.

  • Coaching provides structure, clear goals, and actionable strategies, while mentoring offers nurturing guidance and wisdom.

    Mentoring is less structured. It’s an intuitive approach based on what is mostly alive in the moment.

    I’ve got years of client experience, and my own personal transformation to support your journey.

      • Avoid sharing any personal stories or experiences of others outside the group.

    • Truthfulness and Honesty

      • Be honest about your goals, needs, and challenges to ensure effective support.
