Modalities

Neo Emotional Release

Neo Emotional Release is a new emotion-centric approach to somatic therapy that works with the body’s stored emotional tension to encourage healing from within (if you wish to visit their webpage, click here).

NER addresses deeply held emotional blocks and their root causes in a safe, supportive space. As an emotional release facilitator, I have studied the neurophysiological, psychodynamic, and energetic principles that allow me to address the exact origins of physical symptoms within the body.

In essence, these transformative sessions help release tension that is no longer serving you, paving the way for increased vitality and enhanced psychological well-being.

Neo Emotional Release Includes Components of the following modalities:

  • Psychosomatic Sensing

  • Sound/Visualisation

  • Parts work

  • Inner Child Work

  • Psychodynamic

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Family Constellation

  • Bodywork (for in-person clients only)

  • Breathwork

  • Intergenerational Trauma / Patterns

  • Coaching

A Unique Approach: Integration of Somatic Attachment with Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I have developed a unique approach to somatic therapy by blending various mind-and-body-based modalities.

I hold a doctoral degree in the psychology of behavioural change and support my clients with evidence-based approaches to understanding, transforming, and sustaining positive changes in their lives.

Within my work, I integrate behavioural change models when needed to provide a practical roadmap for individuals seeking to change maladaptive behaviours. This approach offers structured, day-to-day guidance and support, making the process of change more accessible and sustainable.

I am a Somatic Attachment Coach. It integrates body-based practices with attachment theory to heal relational wounds and build secure connections. This approach extends beyond interpersonal relationships and centres on our fundamental relationship with life itself.

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Attachment Therapy. IFS views the psyche as a system of protective parts and works from a non-pathologising, compassion-centred lens. IFS expands conventional views of attachment wounds by viewing them as parts within the system, shaped as adaptive survival strategies.

Other Modalities: Behavioural change models, Sound Therapy, Reiki, Somatic Movement,

I have supported many clients in recognising and changing behaviours that no longer serve to them. Lasting change asks us to meet and shift the habitual patterns that keep us rooted in old ways. Without that, transformation remains out of reach.

In this work, I draw on behavioural change models that support clients in creating sustainable, embodied shifts.

I also weave in elements of Sound Therapy, Reiki, Somatic Movement, and other integrative practices to support clients on a holistic level.

I offer intuitive mentoring, weaving these approaches seamlessly into each session, guided by what is most needed in the moment.

At the core of my work is the understanding that true leadership begins within. I support individuals in becoming leaders in their own lives, through deep inner work and conscious self-responsibility.

This process empowers you to step more fully into your purpose, creating meaningful and lasting change, both in your life and in the way you show up in the world.
