  • "I met Lara literally about two weeks before I left the UK and permanently moved to Dubai. I've only had two sessions with Lara in person, which I was really grateful for. We worked with our breath and somatic trauma release from the body, and I must say that I feel the change I experienced during those two sessions were equivalent to perhaps five years' worth of work. With Lara's guidance, we did inner child work, and realised how very disconnected I felt from my inner child. My inner child was asking for help, but I couldn't reach him.
